Since 1985, Baiff has been designing and building custom industrial machinery, with an initial focus on the textile sector. Since 2020, thanks to investments in cutting-edge equipment, we have expanded our scope of activity, successfully tackling new industrial challenges in sectors such as automotive.
Every project we carry out is the result of close collaboration between the client and our mechanical designers, electronic engineers, and software developers.
This allows us to offer highly customized solutions that meet specific and real needs. Our mechanical workshop, equipped with CNC machines and numerically controlled lathes, enables us to ensure a high level of precision in the production of every component.
We also specialize in the revamping and modification of existing industrial systems, thereby improving the efficiency and lifespan of plants while adapting them to new market demands.
Our headquarters is in Reggio Emilia, where for over forty years we have been working daily to provide industrial solutions that enhance our clients’ production processes, always with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Laboratory of Made in Italy
Since 1985, Baiff has been synonymous with excellence in the Italian industrial sector. With over forty years of experience, our company stands as a benchmark in the industrial electronic laboratory field of Made in Italy, where technology, precision, and artisanal quality come together to create high-performance products and solutions.
Within the Baiff laboratory, eight development and assembly stations operate, designed to ensure total control over every stage of the production process. We have a precision tin soldering station for boards and electronic components, a visual inspection station with a 10x microscope for detailed verification, and an electronic design and development station for creating custom boards from scratch.
The testing and stress-test department is equipped with professional instruments such as a Tektronix oscilloscope, laboratory power supplies, and a Fluke thermal camera, ensuring the reliability and durability of every product. The laboratory is completed by two CAD stations dedicated to CNC mechanical design and in-house component production, an industrial wiring bench for manufacturing internally tested cables, and a station equipped with an automatic wire stripper and a precision crimping machine for high-performance electrical contacts.
Thanks to this integrated structure, Baiff guarantees a fully in-house production cycle — a true mark of certified quality, innovation, and authenticity of Made in Italy.
